Avon Prefabricated Basin Line builds tile and porcelain slab basins, integrated vanities and modular fixtures by hand, then delivers them assembled and ready to mount. We also renovate whole bathrooms and kitchens, tile floors and walls through the rest of the house, and connect the plumbing.

Workshop

    Tile and porcelain slab basins

    Bespoke basins formed in tile or porcelain slab, sealed and finished before they leave Liverpool.

    Integrated vanity units

    Basin and furniture built as one piece, sized to the opening that was measured on site.

    Modular fixtures

    Matching pieces for the run: side units, upstands and details made to fit, assembled off site.

    Large format porcelain tiling

    Floors, walls and splashbacks in porcelain slab and large tile, in bathrooms and through the rest of the house: kitchens, hallways and other rooms.

    Bathroom renovation

    A whole bathroom, from strip out to a finished room: the basin and vanity from the workshop, the tiling, and the plumbing.

  3. 06

    Kitchen renovation

    Worktops, sinks and the surrounding fit, coordinated with whatever has been made off site.

  4. 07

    Sanitary plumbing

    Hot and cold supplies, wastes, and the final connection once the unit is mounted.

Process

Four steps from a measure to a fitted room.

    Measure

    A site visit anywhere in the UK. Openings, pipe positions and finishes are agreed before anything is built.

  2. 02

    Make

    The basin, vanity and fittings are built by hand and assembled in the Liverpool workshop.

  3. 03

    Deliver

    The finished unit is brought to site by van, ready to mount rather than built from scratch in the room.

  4. 04

    Fit

    It is set in place, the bathroom or the rest of the house is tiled where it needs it, and the sanitary plumbing is connected.

Avon Prefabricated Basin Line specialises in manufacturing off site, and in high end bathroom and kitchen installation. Rooms are measured wherever the job is. The making happens in Liverpool. The finished units go out by van and are installed on site.

Bathroom renovations are a complete job, not only the basin. Tiling runs through the house as well: floors, walls and splashbacks in kitchens, hallways and other rooms, in large format porcelain as well as smaller tile. The sanitary plumbing is connected when the unit is mounted.

Enquiries come through the London office. There is no need to be near either city. If the job is in the UK, it can be measured, made and fitted.
